Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook potatoes for 12 to 15 minutes; drain and mash.
    Measure 1 cup potatoes; cool.
    Beat sugar, margarine and vanilla until combined.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time; beat after each egg.
    Add potatoes; mix well.
    In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder; add to potato mixture alternately with milk.
    In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Fold into flour mixture.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes; invert pan. Serves 10.
