Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream (large container)
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Defrost potatoes.
    Mix butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers and a couple of slices of butter.
    Bake 30 minutes or until everything is done and melted.
