German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/2 jar pickled relish
1 egg
2 large onions
1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation

Cook potatoes; peel while warm.
Salt and pepper.
Fry bacon; crumble.
Add all ingredients to potatoes.
Saute onion.
Add a little vinegar and egg in the bacon grease.
Stir until this thickens.
Pour over potatoes.
