Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 cup rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can Campbell's beef consomme
    1 can campbell's beef bouillon broth
    1/2 stick butter
    1 - 4 oz. jar mushrooms
Preparation
    Put everything in a 2 quart casserole dish, cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
