Carnival - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 green peppers
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut sausage into small chunks.
    Cut peppers and onions into small pieces.
    Steam in electric skillet until peppers and onions are tender.
    Remove with a slotted spoon onto serving dish.
    This makes a good, quick and easy dish for potluck dinners.
