Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut potatoes in 1/8-inch wedges.
Place in single layer in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a cup/bowl.
Brush half of the mixture on the potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with oil mixture.
