Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 zucchini, sliced thin
4 or 5 ears corn
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a skillet, put 3 tablespoons oil.
Add vegetables, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Cook together until tender, about 10 minutes.
