Grover'S Pickled Peppers(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green bell peppers
    water
    vinegar
    garlic cloves
    hot peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Boil 2 parts water to 1 part vinegar.
    Cut peppers in quarters and remove seeds.
    Place peppers and garlic (to taste) in sterilized jars and cover with liquid mixture.
    Seal jars and get ready for a tasty treat.
