Buckeye Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in combined egg and milk and coat with cheese mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet or baking dish and pour melted margarine over it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
