Weight Watchers Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. strawberries
    6 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low sugar
    1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
    3 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Puree berries if desired.
    Add sweetener.
    Put cottage cheese and lemon juice in blender and liquify.
    Mix this mixture with berries and beat until smooth with rotary beater.
    Transfer to shallow container.
    Cover with wax paper and freeze firm for 2 to 3 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
