Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    6 or more chicken breasts
    2 lb. hot sausage
    4 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    5 c. chicken broth (or more if needed)
    2 heaping tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    1/2 Tbsp. or more Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts with fat and skin.
    Use enough water to cook for broth needed.
    Debone, remove skin and fat and cut in small chunks.
    Cut sausage in thin slices.
