Ground Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Fry potatoes in Pam slowly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Season with a little salt and pepper.
    Put potatoes in a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In same skillet you cooked the potatoes, cook the ground beef or turkey and onion until the meat loses its pinkish color, breaking it up with a fork and drain. Put the meat mixture on top of the potatoes.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
