Cheese And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    black pepper
    3 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 oz. shredded American cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in 2 1/2 cups milk, then the corn.
