Favorite Lemon Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, baked
    3/4 c. margarine
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
    Cook over hot water, using low heat, until mixture thickens.
    Stir constantly. Chill in refrigerator before pouring into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
    This may also be used as filling for layer cake.
