Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 halves boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. angel hair pasta
Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped yellow pepper
1 fresh diced tomato
basil
Preparation

Bake or grill chicken.
Cut into 1-inch cubes after cooked. Combine sauces, wine and onion.
Cook until onion is browned.
Add tomato sauce, peppers and mushrooms.
Simmer until sauces are warmed; add chicken.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Boil pasta per directions.
Drain.
Add cold water and drain again.
Pour sauce on pasta.
Add fresh tomato; sprinkle with basil and cheese to taste.
