Italian Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. flavoring (almond, anise or vanilla)
    1 c. chopped walnuts optional
    1 c. chocolate chips optional
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs and sugar until well blended (by hand).
    Add dry ingredients mix until well moistened.
    Add flavoring, mix well.
    Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
