Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt with shortening.
    Add egg, vinegar and cold water; mix well.
    Makes 4 or 5 crusts, depending on thickness. May be refrigerated 7 to 10 days.
