Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1 c. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes, crushed and mixed with 1/2 melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all
except
corn flakes and 1/2 of margarine.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Spread corn flakes and margarine on top. Bake
at
350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Can be made up ahead and put in refrigerator or frozen for later.
If made up ahead, wait until you are ready to bake before you put corn flake mix on top.
