Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) bag frozen vegetables
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. (4 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 can French fried onions
    1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drain vegetables; then combine with 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup onions, soup, sour cream and pepper.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
