Chicken Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 carrot, cut in thin strips
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken or turkey
1 tsp. salt
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4 c. hot, cooked macaroni shells or wheels
1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in oil until crisp-tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in chicken, salt and tomatoes.
Heat just until chicken is hot, about 3 minutes. Spoon over hot macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Serves 4 to 6.
