Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can whole corn (do not drain)
    1 (No. 2) can creamed corn (do not drain)
    1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in margarine.
    Add dash of salt and pepper.
    Mix with corn, eggs and Jiffy muffin mix.
    Put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and cook for 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Good hot or cold. Grated cheese may be added if desired.
