French Cheese Puffs With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. ham, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bring water, butter and salt to a boil in medium saucepan.
    Remove from heat and add flour all at once beating vigorously until dough is blended and begins to come away from sides of pan, forming a ball.
    Stir in ham and cheese.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake until puffed and golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
