Acorn Squash With Cranberry Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 acorn squash
1/4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Cut squash in half; remove seeds, butter cut surfaces and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven, cut side down, for 30 minutes.
Turn squash, cut side up; season lightly with salt and pepper.
