Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 c. nuts
    2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dump the crushed pineapple into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan and spread evenly.
    Dump the pie filling and spread evenly. Dump the yellow cake mix (dry, do not add anything) over the pie filling and spread evenly.
    Spread nuts over dry cake mix.
    Slice 2 sticks of butter into pats and place on top of nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
