Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk or heavy cream
Preparation

Combine sugar and butter; mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Stir in flour and milk, add pumpkin and cinnamon.
Mix until smooth.
Stir in 1 cup coconut and pecans.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
To serve, add whipped cream and cherry or toasted coconut.
