Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 cans fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Egg Beaters equivalent to 4 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
about 1 1/2 qt. milk

Preparation

Mix in a 1-gallon freezer. Use ice cubes and 1 pound table salt. It freezes in about 1 hour in an electric freezer.
