Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together in a large bowl. Butter a casserole dish (11 x 15-inch or 9 x 13-inch).
    Pour in ingredients.
    Bake, covered, for 35 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top 5 or 10 minutes before removing from oven.
