Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 plus c. zucchini
    2 carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. creamed chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 pkg. stuffing
Preparation
    Cut unpared zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Lightly cook and drain.
    Mix stuffing with margarine.
    Mix all ingredients with half of stuffing mixture.
    Put in casserole dish and top with half of stuffing mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes or until brown and bubbly at 350\u00b0.
