Tiramasu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 lb. Marscapone cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
4 egg whites, beaten
2 c. brewed Espresso
1/4 c. rum or brandy (if desired)
4 pkg. ladyfingers
Preparation

Mix together egg yolks and sugar. Add Marscapone cheese and mix.
Add lemon rind. Fold in egg whites.
Separately combine Espresso and rum.
Lightly toast ladyfingers. Dip ladyfingers into Espresso and cover bottom of baking pan.
Cover with layer of cheese mixture.
Continue to layer cheese mixture and coffee dipped ladyfingers. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Garnish with cocoa powder.
