Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage (at room temperature)
1 (10 oz.) sharp or medium grated cheese (at room temperature)
3 c. unsifted biscuit mix
Preparation
-
Mix sausage, grated cheese and biscuit mix together with hands.
Make into small balls.
Cook on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and cook 15 minutes more.
