Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 lb. sugar (4 c.)
    2 lb. flour (8 c. approximately)
    3 eggs, beaten whole
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Roll thin, cut in diamonds so you do not have much to re-roll. Spread egg over top, then sugar and press nut into center of cookie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Start on bottom, then put up on top of oven; watch carefully.
