Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    9 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco.
    Add 1 cup of flour at a time, alternately with 3 eggs at a time.
    Blend well after each addition.
    Add lemon and vanilla flavoring last.
    Pour in tube pan.
    Put in a cold oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
