Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pork chop, ground
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. allspice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sweet pepper relish
2 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat until light.
Knead with hands.
Roll into small balls. In buttered skillet, brown well. Place in covered dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
