Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. butter
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Let stand.
Line 9-inch deep dish pie pan with crust.
Pour berry mixture in crust.
Cover and seal top with the other crust.
Make slits to let steam out.
Dot with butter and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until light brown.
