Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie crust, cooled
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until smooth.
Pat into bottom of pie shell, reserving 1 tablespoon.
Mix pudding mix and milk according to package directions.
Pour over peanut butter and sugar layer.
Refrigerate until set.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle the tablespoon of peanut butter/sugar mixture over Cool Whip for decoration.
