Fruited Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small acorn squash (about 1 lb.)
    3/4 c. unpeeled, chopped, cooking apple
    1/4 c. chopped orange sections
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
    Place, cut side down, in a shallow baking pan and add boiling water to a depth of 1/2 inch.
    Cover and bake squash at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Turn cut side up and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into squash cavities.
    Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Yields 2 servings.
