Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh spinach
    1/4 lb. fresh bean sprouts
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Remove stems from fresh spinach, wash well and pat dry.
    Break into bite size pieces.
    Combine spinach, sprouts and onion. Chill, covered, for 4 hours.
    Mix vinegar, oil and catsup well. Toss with spinach.
    Arrange on salad plates, add bacon crumbs and egg slices.
