Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 medium potatoes
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs to cover
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.
    While ground beef is browning, microwave potatoes 3 to 5 minutes to soften, then slice in rounds.
