Parslied-Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine onion and wine.
    Cook until wine is reduced by half.
    Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons margarine, 1 tablespoon parsley, a dash of salt and a dash of pepper.
    Serve over steak.
