Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
4 strips bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
2 cans minced clams, drained
approximately 1/2 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
dash of hot sauce or to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Saute garlic, onion, celery and green pepper.
Add flour, clams, crackers and hot sauce.
Serve warm with crackers.
