Champagne Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    10 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. champagne
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except butter, in blender for 2 minutes.
    Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick. Add butter and stir well.
    Cool mixture and store in refrigerator.
