Pear Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. white sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pears
    pecans
Preparation
    Dump
    all
    but
    last 2 ingredients in mixer.
    Mix well. Add
    3 cups
    chopped,
    peeled pears and 1 cup chopped pecans. This will be
    a
    heavy
    dough.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Excellent for freezer.
