Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cranberries (1 lb.)
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash and pick over cranberries.
Place in saucepan.
Cover with water; cover with lid.
Boil berries 3 or 4 minutes or until skin bursts.
Add sugar; bring to rolling boil.
For sauce, remove from heat; cool.
Refrigerate.
For jelly, boil about 5 minutes, skim and pour in a wet mold.
