Pineapple Cheesecake Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. shredded cheese (real fine)
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and juice from pineapple.
Add cheese and pineapple to mixture.
In separate bowl, mix butter and crushed crackers.
Sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
