Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 pkg. (8 servings) orange Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into Jell-O in a large bowl until dissolved.
    Stir in measured liquid.
    Refrigerate 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
    Stir in whipped topping with a wire whisk until smooth.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
    Stir in pineapple, oranges and marshmallows.
    Spoon into 6-cup mold.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
    Makes 10 servings.
