Chinese Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/8 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    1/4 pound pea pods, trimmed
    1 cup bok choy, sliced thin
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup Enoki mushrooms
    Soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine vegetable oil, sesame oil and red pepper. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, or until hot. Add pea pods and bok choy. Toss to coat. Place vegetables on microwave safe plate. Pour over chicken broth evenly. Microwave vegetables for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Let stand for 2 minutes, add mushrooms, sprinkle with soy sauce.
