Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light cream or half and half
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    1 1/3 c. instant rice
    1 can crab meat or lobster, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can shrimp, drained
    1 can minced clams, drained
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Mix together the cream or half and half, mushroom soup and sherry.
    Add the rice, crab meat or lobster, water chestnuts, garlic salt, shrimp, clams and parsley flakes.
    Stir together; pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Sprinkle paprika and butter or oleo (in bits) on top.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
