Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1/2 small jar apricot preserves (jelly)
    1 pkg. onion soup mixture
    1 bottle Russian dressing (red)
Preparation
    Spread chicken in baking dish with jelly.
    Mix the dry soup mix with dressing.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender, approximately 1 hour.
