Pot Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place meat on a large piece of foil.
    Spread undiluted cream of mushroom soup over meat and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Wrap foil sealing with double fold.
    Place in a large roaster.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours or until tender.
    The soup may be used as gravy.
