Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl.
    Stir in sugar, salt, 3 tablespoons oil and 2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up. Cover and let rise in warm place 45 minutes.
